The dawn of the 2023-24 men's basketball season is already cresting on the horizon with the release of the upcoming NJCAA Region 14 schedule.

The Seahawks will look to make a return trip to the NJCAA Region 14 Tournament in 2024, starting with a home game against Kilgore College on Wednesday, November 29, at 7 p.m. in the Carl Parker Center in Port Arthur.

The 19-game schedule features the usual subjects, including the defending Region 14 champions Trinity Valley Community College. The Cardinals advanced to the national tournament this past season with a two-point overtime win against Panola College. The Seahawks get the chance to make an early statement with a December 6, 2023 home game against TVCC. That game tips at 7 p.m. in the Parker Center.

The Region 14 Tournament will tkae place March 12-16, while this season's national touranment, in Hutchinson, Kansas, has been moved back a week to accommodate the broadcast of the tourney on ESPN U on March 24-30.
